About the Event

We are an annual charity event held in Kingston, TN, aimed at bringing together motorcycle, Jeep, and car enthusiasts for a great cause. Our mission is to support the Roane County Animal Shelter and Scout Troop 101 of Kingston, TN.

Our Event

The Mountain Charity Run event takes place on Saturday, August 24th, 2024. We will gather at the Smokehouse Bar & Grill in Kingston, TN, at 9:00 AM. The ride begins promptly after, leading participants on a scenic route through the beautiful mountains surrounding our community. (Click on the "Map" button above to see this years event locations).

However, this event is more than just a ride; it's an opportunity to make a difference. The charity ride is designed to be fun and engaging, encouraging participants to enjoy the journey rather than racing. Riders are invited to complete the course at their own pace, with the last hand due by 2:00 PM.

Beneficiaries

All proceeds from the Ride the Mountain Charity Run benefit the Roane County Animal Shelter and Scout Troop 101. These organizations play a vital role in our community, providing care and support for animals in need and fostering the development of young leaders through scouting activities.

How to Participate

ENTRY FEE: Riders are encouraged to make a donation to participate in the event. Your generosity helps us support our beneficiaries and make a positive impact in our community.

REGISTRATION: Register on this website by scanning the QR code provided on our promotional materials, scroll up and click the "Register Here" button above, or sign up in person on the day of the event.

SPONSORSHIP: We welcome sponsorships starting at $100, which includes your logo on the back of our event t-shirts as well as proudly displayed on this website. This is a great way to show your support and gain visibility for your business.

T-SHIRTS: Event t-shirts are available for purchase at $15 before August 1st and $20 on the day of the event. Wearing our t-shirts not only shows your support but also helps spread the word about our cause.

DONATIONS: If participating in the ride isn't for you, there are other ways to support our cause. We gratefully accept monetary donations on the day of the event or through the "Donate" button found in the navigation pane above. Additionally, we welcome donations of pet food, pet toys, or other pet supplies, all of which will be given to the Roane County Animal Shelter. You can bring these items to the event or drop them off at any of the 10 pet food donation barrels we have set up at various locations around the county.
